Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming explores how your thoughts, emotions, and language shape your experience of the world. By understanding and reframing unhelpful patterns, NLP helps you think and respond in ways that support confidence, motivation, and positive change.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind, the part of you that holds habits, beliefs, and emotions. In this calm, natural state, it becomes easier to release what no longer serves you and strengthen new, supportive ways of thinking and feeling.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Sometimes called “tapping,” EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful awareness of emotions. It helps reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and release emotional blocks, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

Together, we work with both the mind and body to release old patterns, ease stress, and build confidence, clarity, and calm. You already have the resources you need within you, I’ll simply help you reconnect with them.”

What happens in a session?

Each session is unique to you. We’ll begin by talking through what you’d like to work on, then use gentle techniques such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, and EFT to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.”

Sessions last at least an hour and take place in a calm, private space in Nutfield Surrey, where you can relax and feel at ease. Everything we do happens with you and at your pace you’re always fully in control.

Every session is tailored to you, your pace, your story, your goals.

How will I know it’s working?

Many people notice small shifts even after the first session, feeling lighter, more relaxed, or thinking differently about something that used to feel heavy. With gentle support and consistency, meaningful change becomes not just possible, but natural.

ABOUT ME

Welcome — I’m Kirstie

My journey began in education, studying Teaching and Learning at Oxford and working with children and families across the world.

Through my years teaching and tutoring, I became deeply passionate about how people learn, connect, and overcome challenges.

Now, as a qualified NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and EFT Practitioner, I help individuals and families release emotional blocks, rediscover confidence, and build lives that feel aligned and fulfilling.

Where are you based?

I’m based in Lower Kingswood and work from peaceful therapy rooms in Nutfield.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are £85 for 60 minutes. Your first session includes time to explore what you’d like to achieve and to set clear, personalised goals together. Most clients find that three to four sessions bring meaningful and lasting change.

Is it confidential?

Everything we discuss is completely confidential and treated with respect and care. You’re free to share as much or as little as you wish — this is your space.”
